First Fridays... Since 2004, the First Friday Art Walk, has been “The Place To Be Gorgeous” in Binghamton, New York. Presented by Gorgeous Washington Street Association, the First Friday Art Walk is our signature event highlighting the area’s growing arts community.
First Friday patrons enjoy gallery hopping, art openings, music and theater shows, fine dining, cafes, entertainment and merchant’s special events.

Held on the first Friday of each month from 6-9 PM, the First Friday Art Walk features rotating venues ranging from 30-40 locations downtown and throughout the city’s neighborhoods. During the spring and summer, there’s a free trolley along the First Friday route that you can hop on or off as you wish, as well as historic city tour while on the trolley.  Look for First Friday brochures at participating member businesses with a description of venue locations, entertainment and street map.
