RiverRead Books is a locally owned independent bookstore in the heart of downtown Binghamton.
Situated on the RiverWalk, we strive to become a destination for those who love books. A place
to gather and talk about books, poetry, music, art and ideas. Stop in and browse our selection
of new and select bargain books, greeting cards by local artists, unusual gifts and toys that
promote literacy. RiverRead Books sells Google edition e-books via our website. We’ve
hosted many author events, book groups and have a regular open mic series. We are happy to
do special orders and searches for hard to find/out of print books. Tell us what you like
